Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when we process and deliver Yardline Shop orders within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation right away and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order dispatches.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require an additional freight quote — contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm the cost.

How your order ships

• Large equipment (riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, snow blowers, storage sheds) ships by freight / LTL carrier on a pallet, with curbside or threshold delivery.
• Smaller items and accessories ship by standard ground carrier.

Freight delivery — what to expect

• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
• Delivery is curbside unless otherwise noted; the driver is not required to move the item indoors or assemble it.
• Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos — this protects your ability to claim.

Estimated delivery times

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier schedules, weather, and remote delivery areas.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 5 business days of ordering, email storeyardlineshop@gmail.com.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We can’t reroute freight once dispatched, and we’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
